Are you pinching pennies to pay your bills every month? Learn about utility programs and services designed to help consumers with low-incomes or special medical conditions. Telephone, gas, water, and electric services can be affordable when you learn about these and other survival tips. This free presentation by the California Public Utilities Commission will take place on Thursday, March 25 at 11am in The Center’s library.
