The David Bohnett Cyber Center is a 10-terminal computer lab adjacent to the Front Desk at The Center on Centre Street. The Hillcrest Youth Center (HYC) also houses a sister computer lab available for youth ages 14-20. New computers at HYC have been generously donated by the Waitt Family Foundation and the David Bohnett Foundation. Both labs provide free classes, mentoring, Internet access and use of the Microsoft Office Suite. Please call to verify hours of operation, there are times when the Cyber Center may be closed.
Whether straight, gay, bisexual, transgender or questioning their identity. our group supports women in all stages of the self-discovery and coming out process, The Women's Coming Out Groups help in forming new friendships, overcoming feelings of fear/isolation, learning about all aspects of being gay, bisexual or transgender and discovering new resources, publications and groups for all types of support, activity & assistance.
Front Runners provides running and walking activities for the LGBT community. Front runners meets every Monday and/or Wednesday at 6pm in Balboa Park at the southeast corner of Sixth and Laurel under the big tree.
Join us for this fun and relaxed art group. We get together and work on the daily project or work on our own. Artist Sabato Fiorello will lead the way as we explore different mediums. Allow 2 hours. Bring basic pencils, paper and inexpensive watercolor paints/brush. Try it and then consider buying other supplies. Held at the Center at 3909 Center Street.

UCSD's AVRC and San Diego County Health have partnered with the LGBT Community Center to provide free & confidential HIV testing at the main Centre St. facility. Available testing slots each day are first come, first served (no appointments taken.) Testing hours are:
MONDAY - 9AM to 2:00PM (SDCH - rapid test - walk-ins only)
TUESDAY - 9AM to 3:15PM (UCSD AVRC - rapid & early tests)*
WEDNESDAY - 9AM to 2:00PM (SDCH - rapid test - walk-ins only)
THURSDAY - 9AM to 3:15PM (UCSD AVRC - rapid & early tests)*
FRIDAY - 9AM to 1:45PM (UCSD AVRC - rapid & early tests)*
